McDonald's app downloads started at 5.9K in early October, experiencing a downward trend to 1.4K by the end of December. Active users also saw a decline from approximately 87K to 37K over the quarter.
The Domino's Pizza Delivery UK&ROI app experienced a rise in weekly downloads, peaking at 1.4K in late October, then fluctuating slightly around 1.1K towards the end of the year. Active users saw a high of 19.2K in early November before settling around 12.3K by December.
Eddie Rocket’s Rewards App saw a significant spike in downloads to 2.6K during mid-November, followed by a steep decline to just over 200 by the end of the quarter.
The SQUID - Loyalty + Rewards app maintained relatively stable download numbers throughout the quarter, averaging around 1K in early weeks, with a gradual decrease to 376 by the end of December. Active users were consistent, hovering around 18K to 22K.
Lastly, OpenTable showed a steady increase in downloads, peaking at 1.2K in mid-December. Active users also rose, reaching a high of 16.5K in early December before closing the quarter at 15K.
